Manoj Kumar is an alumnus of the IHM, Chennai and works a transformation coach, master trainer and the driving force behind Score Training Academy in Chennai. With over three decades of experience across retail, hospitality, healthcare, IT and ITES, he has shaped leaders, strengthened teams and helped organizations move from “trying” to truly performing.
