Apekshit Khare is a veteran HR leader with over fifteen years of experience spanning across human resources, marketing and sales. As the Zonal HR Head at Godrej Properties, he is an evangelist of people transformation, leadership development and culture founded in respect, autonomy and growth.

With his multidisciplinary education, Apekshit combines strategic acumen with profound empathy. He has mentored young professionals and senior leaders both, creating confident, emotionally competent leadership as well as inclusive, purpose-driven teams. He was an Economic Times Young Leader in 2017.

A zealous student of Indian classical music, Apekshit has learned to play the sitar for more than a decade. Hailing from Bhopal originally, he is a graduate of NIT Bhopal and IIM Kozhikode. Currently residing with his parents and Manoj, his live-in partner of fifteen years, in Mumbai, Apekshit is a lifelong learner who views life as a path of becoming—formed and illuminated by learning, compassion and intention.
