Scarlett Sangster from Frome wrote "The Problem with Lydie Sax" and Grace Hinton illustrated it from Warminster. The aim of the book is to raise awareness about dyslexia while also helping children understand and cope with the condition. Ms. Hinton expressed her passion for empowering children to view dyslexia as a strength rather than a weakness.

Ms. Sangster wrote a book for her dyslexic younger brother, Morgan, who faced challenges in school due to being diagnosed late, resulting in a lack of necessary support from teachers.

According to Ms. Sangster, the individual's self-esteem was impacted as they had difficulties finishing their work and keeping up with their peers. During the project's development, the duo recognized that dyslexic individuals face numerous obstacles due to a lack of awareness and comprehension.

According to Ms. Sangster, parents and teachers who are aware of the signs and symptoms of dyslexia can greatly assist dyslexic children. Ms. Hinton, who has dyslexia herself, discovered that art was a means of expressing herself in school. She believes that dyslexia is still not fully understood and is often viewed solely as a disability, despite the fact that it has many positive aspects. The book on dyslexia, which has been completed, has yet to be printed. Ms. Sangster and Ms. Hinton hope to raise £10,000 to print it before Dyslexia Awareness Week in October.
