Riders will have access to over 80 titles, including Bonnie Garmus' "Lessons In Chemistry" and Ruskin Bond's "All-Time Favourites for Children."

The initiative allows passengers to select a book to read during their ride and return it for others to enjoy. Nikita Aswal, a daily user of the Uber Shuttle, praised the program for helping her reconnect with reading despite her busy schedule.

Uber has been operating air-conditioned shuttles on over 50 routes in Delhi since mid-May, with approximately 40,000 active users. Amit Deshpande, Head of High Capacity Vehicles at Uber India and South Asia, highlighted that #UberReads aims to promote mindful reading and encourage passengers to opt for shared rides over private vehicles.
