The theme of this year, "Children's Books Mini Maha Kumbh," honors the children readers with 80 stalls carrying books in Hindi, English, and Urdu from 33 publishers.

"It's the time for a revival of Indian culture and art, and people have developed an interest in reading, as visible in the Delhi Book Fair," said Convener Manoj Singh Chandel.
