<span style=font-weight: 400>Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced that the nation will enter in the fourth phase of lockdown with new rules. </span>
<blockquote><span style=font-weight: 400;color: #ff9900>Nishank discussed with the teachers that there should be 30% of attendance in the class to maintain the social distancing norm.</span></blockquote>
<span style=font-weight: 400>He said,<strong> We have asked NCERT to prepare guidelines for re-opening schools and they have done most of the work. The guidelines suggest various things like calling 30 percent of students at a time. If 30 percent of students have to be called in at a time, we will have to see how that needs to work out.</strong></span>

<span style=font-weight: 400>The teachers can call the students in shifts. Once a batch of 30 percent of students will attend the class then another batch can be switched with other students. </span> ]]>
