<![CDATA[ Book fair opens in agriculture varsity today ]]> Vice-Chancellor Bakhat Jehan Khan will open the event, according to a statement issued here on Monday. Islami Jamiat Talba (IJT), the student wing of Jamaat-i-Islami, is organising the fair. Booksellers and publishers from Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar will display bookstalls, showcasing old and new titles on a variety of topics. The books will be offered at 40 per cent discount. The venue will remain open from 9am till 4pm.

Three separate Pashto bookstalls would also be part of the event, where over 9,000 different titles in Pashto, Urdu and English would be put on display covering a wide range of disciplines and branches of knowledge for the bibliophiles.
