Dr. Rishi Raj is an Additional General Manager with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, a bureaucrat by profession, and a storyteller at heart.

Outside his official duties, Dr. Rishi Raj is a traveller, author, blogger, and YouTuber. He has explored all 36 states and union territories of India, along with 14 countries across five continents— experiences that have shaped his deep fascination with cultures and histories.

Since making his literary debut in 2012, Dr. Raj has gone on to expand his creative work far beyond the written word. On his YouTube channel, he has produced close to 490 short films, centered on themes of patriotism, history, or India’s rich tourist heritage.

Through this work, he works to connect people with the legacy of India — not as something distant, but as something alive, worth remembering and celebrating.
