            <![CDATA[ <p>The Woden Seniors' well-known and much-loved Big Book Fair is back after being canceled in the past due to COVID. It will commence this weekend in the city Philip, Australia.</p><p>The club will be packed with a huge range of quality and loved books, including collectibles, children's books, fiction, and non-fiction, as well as magazines, games, puzzles, vinyl records, CDs and DVDs - all for sale at very low prices. Also, for the sale, beautiful watercolor paintings done by the talented Woden Seniors' art group will be available.<br><br>Club president Jenny Gregory said they were looking forward to a bumper year after not having a book sale for two years. "The community has been very generous with donations. The quality of the books is outstanding," she said. "We have a wonderful range of children's books, which will be in great demand, so get in early.”<br><br>This year a huge selection of CDs and DVDs will be on offer at only $1 each. Most books will be $2.50 each. "The popular happy hour will be on again from 2 pm to 4 pm on Sunday when prices for remaining items will be slashed."&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p> ]]>
