<![CDATA[ The Woden Senior’s Big Book Fair is to begin this weekend ]]> The Woden Seniors' well-known and much-loved Big Book Fair is back after being canceled in the past due to COVID. It will commence this weekend in the city Philip, Australia.

The club will be packed with a huge range of quality and loved books, including collectibles, children's books, fiction, and non-fiction, as well as magazines, games, puzzles, vinyl records, CDs and DVDs - all for sale at very low prices. Also, for the sale, beautiful watercolor paintings done by the talented Woden Seniors' art group will be available.

Club president Jenny Gregory said they were looking forward to a bumper year after not having a book sale for two years. "The community has been very generous with donations. The quality of the books is outstanding," she said. "We have a wonderful range of children's books, which will be in great demand, so get in early.”

This year a huge selection of CDs and DVDs will be on offer at only $1 each. Most books will be $2.50 each. "The popular happy hour will be on again from 2 pm to 4 pm on Sunday when prices for remaining items will be slashed."
