Amit Lodha is an IPS officer who is presently ADGP in BSF. Lodha has been honored with the coveted Police Medal for Gallantry and Internal Security Medal, along with the Utkrisht Seva Medal and President’s Medal for his services. Amit Lodha has written two previous books, namely Bihar Diaries: The True Story of How Bihar’s Most Dangerous Criminal Was Caught (2018), and Life in the Uniform: Adventures of an IPS Officer in Bihar (2022). Police Affairs: Beyond the Call of Duty is Amit Lodha’s third book.
