The festival's organizing committee meeting was opened on Wednesday by Mayor Beena Philip, who was presided over by former MLA A. Pradeep Kumar.

The festival will be directed by writer K. Satchidanandan, with Ravi DC serving as principal facilitator, as in previous years. The program's convener is K.V. Sasi.

According to the festival's general organizer, A.K. Abdul Hakeem, famous individuals from throughout the world will attend.

"There will be approximately 500 speakers and approximately 200 sessions." On all four days, there will also be cultural programming," he added.

KLF played a significant role in Kozhikode being named a UNESCO 'City of Literature' recently.
